Once you have the citations you'd like to include in your MLA or APA list, you will want to export it so that you can save it as a Microsoft Word or other word processing file-- this is how you can include it with the rest of the paper / outline / assignment you created.

Once you're ready to create your list as a Word file, you'll want to choose the Print icon that's above your citation list:

This will give you several options, such as "Save as Word" or :"Save as RTF file."

Choose "Save as Word" to save the list in Microsoft Word format.
Choose "Save as RTF" if you use a word processor program other than Word. .rtf is a format that most word processors can open.

Once you choose an export option, your browser will "download" the saved file and you can open and edit it just like a normal Word file. Your list will include the header title it needs ("Works Cited" or "References") automatically, but at this point you can copy and paste it into another essay or adjust the file as needed for your assignment (such as editing the header or footer areas).
